Intermittent Fasting Calculator

Eating all meals within 8-12 hours holds the fountain of health.

  • Eating window starts the moment you consume anything that isn’t water.
  • Eat fruits, vegetables, beans, whole grains, and nuts.
  • Make your breakfast and lunch larger than your dinner.
  • Eat meals at the same time everyday. It is better to start and finish eating earlier rather than later (7am - 3pm is better than 11am - 7pm).
  • Do not snack between meals.
  • Eating window ends when you stop consuming everything except for water.
  • Make sure your last meal is at least 3 or 4 hours before bed.

For further benefits, each day get as much natural light as possible while exercising for at least 30 minutes. And keep a consistent sleep schedule.
